 Yoni/Lingam Holding Healing

Before the movement there is holding. 

Before the stroke there is stillness. 

Before the caress there is quiet. 

One of the most beautiful and powerful 'strokes' of massage is not moving at all. 

It's holding. 

In stillness. 

In presence, deep presence.

Holding with your heart. 

Holding. 

Simply resting your hands on the body. 

With gentleness. 

With love. 

With presence. 

With the intention of simply being with you. 

Holding brings you into your body. 

I often use it as an earth massage. 

It defines your body. 

It works towards the center, bringing you to your core. 

It's where the connection begins. 

There is healing in being held. 

No movement, no expectation, no anticipation. 

There is the stillness of being. 

And in time, the mind will still as the body quietens. 

Create a space, a sacred space, a sensual space. 

Warm, welcoming, comforting. 

Choose the elements carefully, with harmony. 

Breathe, a few deep breaths to become present. 

Breathe into your heart. 

Look into your partner's eyes. 

Together, bring your hands up to your heart centre's in the middle of your chest. 

Breathe. 

Bring your hands forward to touch. 

Acknowledge each other with whatever words are appropriate, maybe different for a lover and a client. 

Lay them down on their back. 

Comfortable. 

Warm. 

Cushions for support wherever they need. 

Sit beside them, or between their legs. 

Be in a comfortable position so you don't have to move during this holding. 

Place one hand on their Heart Centre, gently. 

Place your other hand on their yoni or lingam, gently. 

Close your eyes. 

Go inside of yourself, to your heart, to your stillness. 

Breathe that into your hands. 

Let your hands melt into the contours, the curves of their body. 

Stay present. 

When your mind wanders come back to your breath. 

Hold them. 

Melt into them. 

Emotions will come and go. 

Sensation will come and go. 

Arousal may come and go.

Tears may come and go. 

Laughter may come and go.

Trembling may come and go. 

Hold them. 

Stay present. 

Breathe. 

When it's time, your body will tell you when it's time, when it's time, slowly, so slowly, take your hands off their body. 

Cover them. 

Sit beside them. 

Stay present. 

Stay on your heart. 

Stay in love. 

Holding is a deep mediation of intimacy. 

In this quiet we release, we feel. 

In this warmth we become. 

A gift in the giving, a gift in the receiving.

When the Goddess meets her King , A magic Alchemy between their Energy fields stars to Operate. Until they merge into one divine being.

Unification of Divine Feminine and Sacred Masculine - Love is in the Air.

The next few months represent a period of unprecedented and rapid soul shifts for the men on this earth plane who have elected, on a spiritual level, to raise their consciousness, to recall distant, eternal memories of spiritual wisdom and healing powers, they have been touched by universal grace.

Much, much will change, as a new wave of male spiritual pioneers re-claim their roles as guardians and protectors of the planet. At the centre of their desire for a new way of life and purpose is a very deep, very ancient devotion to the Goddess.

There are men that are designated to be leaders of a healing movement. This movement is created by men who desire a life of deeper meaning, alignment with inner truth, creative and regenerative solutions to challenges, confidence to listen to their hearts over their heads and use logical strategy in line with loving, compassionate wisdom.

Many male light workers are in the throes of enormous, tectonic movements within their energy fields. This will re-align them with sacred purpose and a higher plan for action. It will ignite long-forgotten fires of longing for deeper meaning and fulfillment within their hearts.

The Universe is beginning to sing their song back to them. They are finding reflections of a path, a route towards purpose, a torchlight in the dark. There are significant markers being placed along the way. These signs are given to show these men that they are not alone; that there is a plan for their lives that exceeds their mind's limited perceptions; that miracles exist; that the divine feminine vessel has prepared space for them for eons in order for this transition to be made into their authentic lives.

These men don't want to be cut off from their hearts and intuitive voices. They are creating new ways to blend the two elements of the masculine vibration - head and heart - so that the Earth trusts them again with It's Heart.

These men are deeply sensitive to energy and they need to acknowledge this truth. All of these men will need friends and partners who are self-aware, conscious, heart-awakened and intuitively intelligent. These men must be surrounded by champions of the Sacred Feminine codes.

A whole new collective of awakening masculine souls is emerging. With awakening, comes chaos, because the spiritual coma induces laziness, procrastination, denial, addictions, relationship toxicity, and all other forms of ego-control that would suppress true sacred masculine power.

When in spiritual coma or denial of the True Self, these men live overly comfortable, flabby lives of staying within the Known, the safe, and the predictable.

They may not ever take the risk of breaking the old male ancestral patterns of behaviour. Then their Higher Self, if contracted in this lifetime, creates spiritual awakening. The chaos ensues immediately as awakening codes flood in.

Chaos on the m3D realm is frequent; life-changes, relationship break-ups, collapses on the inner, emotional and mental planes.

Life suddenly demands that they 'step up' to a new level of action, consciousness and growth. The old patterns immediately become intensely stifling, suffocating, unbearable to withstand. Change is inevitable, as is rapid growth and elevation onto the ascension pathway.

These men are all being contacted by higher beings and ascended masters, because they need this spiritual support and energy transformation. Somehow, somewhere, these men will find themselves immersed in the sacred teachings that they have long forgotten.

The Power of the Wild Masculine --

The dark primordial river of wild male shakti has nothing to do with the distorted masculine we see at large in the world today – true male shakti is very, very wild and powerful. Very strong and playful. Very direct and penetrating. It serves only Love. Many men have never given themselves permission to access this side of their being.

Pure male shakti energy comes from the deepest root of a man's being, flowing in a very free and relaxed way, with nothing to prove. This is the essence of a power that can bring down civilizations, it can fight to the death for love, it can live only for love, it can bring a woman into her wildest, deepest pleasure. The world is terrified of this transformational energy.

Male shakti is expressed directly in the world. It is the warrior energy that can inspire humanity to rise up off its knees and incite change in radical ways. This wild male shakti can ONLY ever come into being through an open heart and full connection with the feminine. That is why what we see in the world at the moment is a negative shadow of this energy – the power to manifest creations that are ultimately destructive or disharmonious. The full expression of this wild masculine sexual energy needs a very powerful, open, wild womb to receive it - a 'Magdalene' Womb. When the wild feminine rebirths the wild masculine, and when men claim the full magnificence of their loving power, a New Earth is birthed.

A MESSAGE FOR MEN ...

I get a lot of random messages on here from strange men asking what turns me on.

So, I thought I might just put it out there because I think I speak for a lot of women on this and I’m here to help.

Do you want to know what turns me on? What makes me burn for you?

What makes us breathless? What awakens every passionate instinct and unwraps every layer of fiery feminine sensuality?

Go to freaking therapy.

Do your inner work.

Heal yourself.

Lead yourself.

Be brave enough to get uncomfortable for the sake of wholeness and depth.

Be willing to build your emotional muscle so your arms are strong enough to hold the fire of an awakened woman.

Be open enough to lean into a level of depth you’ve never experienced.

Talk.

Be humble enough to admit that you don’t know everything.

Go deep.

Get real.

Stop hiding behind surface-level sex.

Evolve.

Confront what you need to confront so you can move forward without the shadow of your past.

Stop thinking that vulnerability is weakness. It takes a GIANT of a wild man to get vulnerable and it’s HOT.

Stop running from magic when it’s exactly what you need.

Stop telling yourself she’s too much when the reality is you’re just afraid to be enough.

Lead yourself so you can lead ME.

Believe that you can handle it. Act accordingly.

Be the safe space. The strong ground. The calm for her storm.

Do this and you’ll find your Goddess. Do this and you’ll be taken to a place of wholeness and ecstasy you didn’t know existed and likely wouldn’t have found on your own.

Do this… and you’ll be home.
