CAFO's stink plain and simple. These operations must begin to process their waste as sewage ( which it is ) and not call it manure ( which it is not once it sits in the lagoons).

Operations in this area of the state that process the manure ( remove methane for power operations) are much easier to breathe then the open lagoon operations.


If cities can process sewage then CAFO's can too.
